Alison Vinciguerra is a lifestyle blogger, who first dipped her toe in the blogging world in 2010. Until 2017, Alison blogged at long distance loving. Looking for a fresh start, she transitioned to ali-v.com to share more about her life as it looks today.
Alison grew up in the Small Town (thanks, John Mellencamp!) in southern Indiana. She met her husband (and college sweetheart), Chris, in DC, where they both graduated from Georgetown. This pair now lives in a tiny town on the Rhode Island coast, in a home they built together in 2014. They have two children, James and Rose, who are just shy of 18 months apart.
As a working mom, Alison tries her best to document their crazy life through blogging. When she’s not mom-ing, working, or blogging, you might find Alison out for a long run or at her favorite cycling studio. She is an athleisurist (a term she coined), as her non-work uniform almost always involves some sort of athleisure. Alison will never eat enough peanut butter, buy enough stripes, or listen to too much John Mayer. Above all, she is happy to share little pieces of her life with her readers — because she would be sharing them with you in the grocery store line anyway 😉
